Cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders is allowed if the order is not
processed. For online payments, cancellation is not permitted. Zam Zam
Restaurants reserve the right to cancel orders, with a full refund for
online payments.
Refunds are applicable for pre-paid orders in the event of packaging
tampering, delivery location falling outside our designated zones,
failure to confirm the order, or unavailability of ordered items at the
time of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
